Our passes are one-time payments. Here is when and how you can get a refund.

- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 5 AI grades.
- Passes are one-time payments and never renew.

Our policy
If you are not happy, email support@tcftrainer.com within 7 days of your purchase. If you have used fewer than 5 AI grades with that purchase, we refund it in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method through [merchant of record].
